A thick slice of Cheddar is added to The Boro.

Blue Cheese crumbles are added to The Boro
Bacon Cheddar:
Two slices of slab cut, smoked bacon are added.
Bacon Blue Cheese:
Bacon & Blue Cheese top The Boro.
3 Cheese:
Cheddar, Swiss & Pepper Jack cheeses top The Boro.
Marinara Swiss:
Topped with Swiss and marinara.
Salsa Pepper:
Topped with Pepper Jack and picante.
Cajun:
Basted in Hot Sauce and topped with Pepper Jack cheese.
B.B.Q:
Basted in our BBQ sauce with thick Cheddar cheese.
Roadhouse:
We add our Onion Rings to our BBQ Boro. NEW item.
The Works:
Basted in Cajun & BBQ sauce, topped with three types of cheeses and two strips of bacon.
Double Boro:
Double the meat of The Boro burger.
Double Cheese Boro:
Double meat and cheese.
Double Works:
Double The Works. Texas Toast is recommended.
****All our burgers are garnished with your choice of tomatoes, lettuce & onions, topped with mayo and mustard. Kosher pickle spears are available upon request.
